The Gymshark Sale will start on June 29th, 2023, at:

🇦🇺 6pm AEST for Australian regions
🌍 4pm BST for all other international regions
As for when The Gymshark Sale ends? We don't have an end date just yet, but we can promise that you'll have to get yours fast.

Which Payment Methods Will Be Available To Use During The Gymshark Sale?
We'll be removing some payment methods during the go-live of the sale to ensure we're able to offer the best experience for everyone. Want to know what will and won't be available to use during the initial sale launch? Check the deets below:
iDEAL will be available to use on the Gymshark Netherlands store for the duration of The Gymshark Sale.
Klarna will be available to use on the following stores for the duration of The Gymshark Sale:

Afterpay won't be available to use on the US/CAD Gymshark stores during the first few hours of The Gymshark Sale, however will be available to use as an alternative payment method once checkout queues have calmed.
Afterpay will however, be available to use on the AUS Store for the duration of The Gymshark Sale.
All other forms of payment will be available as normal during The Gymshark Sale.

ORDERS
Sale items will be available to order from June 29th 2023 8am PT, 9am MT, 11am ET for North American regions, 6pm AEST for Australian regions, and 4pm BST for all other international regions.
If items are marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.
I've Made A Mistake On My Order, Can I Change It?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self-service options once your order has been dispatched.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! You'll be able to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the ‘cancel order’ button.

I've Placed Multiple Orders, But Only One Has Arrived?
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
There's a chance that if you place multiple orders during The Gymshark Sale, your second order may be dispatched and delivered before your first.
Rest assured, we're working to get your order(s) to you as quickly as we can - just keep an eye on your inbox for your shipment emails!
I'm Missing Some Items In My Order...
Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.
If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email.

SHIPPING
Will Express Shipping Be Available During The Gymshark Sale?
For the duration of the sale, express delivery will only be available for the UK, US, Canada and Australia.
At the time of ordering, the best current delivery options for your region will be displayed at checkout. If express delivery isn’t an option, unfortunately we’re unable to offer this service at this time and won’t be able to add this to your order.

Can I Use More Than One Discount Code On An Order During The Gymshark Sale?
Please note, that during the Gymshark Sale, you’ll only be able to use one discount code per order.

Absolutely! During The Gymshark Sale, students, apprentices, and public service personnel can obtain a 10%* discount (which can be used on top of the sale discount), from our partners.

Can I Use An Athlete Code During The Gymshark Sale?
Yes! Athlete codes will give their usual 10% discount whilst the sale is live. Support your favorite Gymshark athlete by heading to their social media channel and finding their athlete code to use (hint: it's usually their first name).
FYI: Only one discount code can be entered at checkout, therefore an athlete code can’t be combined with a student code.

Returns
Can I Return Items From The Gymshark Sale?
Yes! All orders currently have a 30-day return period and this won't change for this year's Gymshark Sale.
